Who are we and what do we believe:       

                                                 
CYA is a not for profit NGO with a core focus on housing and support for young people with high and complex needs between the ages of 14 and 25.

CYA’s most valuable asset is our staff; their professional framework and their dedication to the Agency’s culture creating a mutual respectful relationship with young people to assist make the best of their life opportunities.

CYA is committed to reaching out and supporting marginalized and at risk young people and families.  We believe that all young people have the right to participate, contribute and be valued in our community.

CYA’s model of practice emphasises the belief of “never giving up”, hanging in there during the most difficult times.  

We also value maintaining a conscious awareness that our relationships with young people reflect an attitude of being available and genuine.
